Great Customer Service
Product arrived in a short time, however on replacement I found that it was defective. E-mailed customer service of the problem and got a fast response. After exchanging some data in a couple of e-mails a replacement part was issued. Got the replacement part and installed this one in my washing machine and it runs as good as when I first bought it. Perfect replacement for our Kenmore washer. Popped right in and works great! Way less than expensive here than other places ($18 Vs $82). Standard delivery got it here (WA) in 3 days.

Washer door latch was right part.
Frigidaire affinity front load washer would not spin. Troubleshooting suggested several possible causes. Picked the door latch mechanism to try first. Quick delivery. And happy to say the latch fixed the problem. The washer door sags so Door catch does not hit latch properly. Attempted to fix sag problem by adding a small washer to the door hinge. Did not solve. Seems the plastic in Door by hinges has warped. But at least the washer is usable again.

Took the old one out, put the new one in, the door now locks. IT WORKS!! Way cheaper than a repair man.

Easy to install.
The latch on my on the door and the machine both were damaged. I matched up the parts and made the repair myself. I'm a 63 year old woman that is fairly handy with household repairs but this was beyond easy to repair!
