Saved a fortune by installing these myself
The original component is soo badly designed that I have had to replace three of them (yup -- one side twice). I wish there was a version with better wheels or some metal holding the wheels in place. At least the replacement parts are inexpensive, easy to find on ApplianceZone, and easy to install. (Very good search function and customer service from these guys.) My ten minutes saved me the cost of a repair visit.

Easy to take-apart and install. This one has smaller wheels than mine. I popped-off the old wheels and put them on this one. Perfect fit!

Better wheel design than the original, I think. Glad I could find a video on YouTube showing how to replace it.
