Prompt Delivery, Snappy Installation
The telltale "clunk" in my mailbox let me know that a package had been delivered. The package was small and light-weight; -what could it be? Oh, joy! The lower-rack-roller-replacement for my dishwasher that I should have ordered weeks ago but didn't realize how easy it was. That one little wheel was so essential that I had dreaded loading and unloading my dishwasher, terrified by the rattling and clattering of the dishes as they teetered on the rack. But I had finally taken that necessary step and connected online with the Appliance Zone! My hands shook as I cut open the tightly sealed plastic bag that contained four adorably identical rollers. Only one was needed, so the rest will have to wait until they are summoned. I pulled out my handy step-stool, sat on it, moved the roller into place and - SNAP!! - it found its place on the rack as if it were returning to a homeland abandoned decades before. Now it works as a team with its fellow-rollers, smoothly escorting the racks as they transport their porcelain burdens in and out of the busy machine for that bi-weekly bath. A small device but a giant participant in an essential household procedure.

Easy fix! Inexpensive! Fast!
Replaced a few missing rollers on the dishwasher rack. Goes in and out smoothly now and it is a pleasure to have fixed that small daily annoyance. Can't discern any difference in quality between the original Bosch rollers and these replacements.
