NOTE: This item is commonly misdiagnosed. Please make sure this is the part needed, prior to purchase, as this item is not eligible for return unless the incorrect icemaker was purchased. Other common parts that fail in conjunction with this ice maker are the ice room fan, the ice level emitter / receiver boards, ice tray thermistor. User should also should check that water is being correctly diverted to the ice maker from the inlet valve.
