Timely Product and Excellent Purchase Experience
When the water in door spout dripping of our Kenmore persisted, the Allens' at ApplianceZone came through. A very quick reply re: product #
and application assurance and all on the weekend, which is unheard of today. Then it's shipping, the container box and arrival was excellent. Got it on Friday and we installed it on Saturday. Had not done this myself, and when a service tech visit here said nothing could be done about it, some YouTube tutorials and ApplianceZone service has solved our situation, most happily.
