I wanted to commend you for running such a fine business. At a time when most telephone customer service centers force users through a maze of automated selections that are usually unhelpful, slow, and inaccurate, your business allows me to talk with REAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE...24/7. I called at 10PM on a Sunday night and got a real person who was actually pleasant! And, you consistently have the best prices anywhere on parts. I have used your company two or three times in the last year and the result has been the same every time: perfect.

You guys are doing it the way it should be done. You give me absolutely no reason to turn anywhere else and I will definitely tell others about using your business when they need parts. You have a fabulous selection, very competitive prices, and fantastic customer service. Keep up the good work. Whoever thought a good way to save money on operations was to replace customer service personnel with automated voice- or keypad-activated systems has obviously never been on the other end of such systems. They drive customers away and I have made it a point to call customer service BEFORE I buy something (like a new camera) just to see what I'm in for if I ever need customer service. If I get a computer, or a call center in India or the Philippines...guess what? I look elsewhere for my new product...even if it costs more.

As a customer, I am willing to pay MORE for good customer service...or all else being equal, give my business to somebody that has real, knowledgeable, accessible people staffing their customer support lines. The fact that you also have such great prices makes it even better. Five Stars!
